About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and technically adept Project Manager to lead the successful execution of strategic IT projects for a US-based enterprise client. This role centers on managing initiatives related to Unified Communications (UC Voice) platforms, Aria Cybersecurity solutions, and associated IT infrastructure programs.The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader who thrives in globally distributed environments, has excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and combines delivery excellence with strong technical fluency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Execution :
Lead End-to-end Project Delivery For
-  UC Voice systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco CallManager, Zoom, Avaya)
-  Aria Cybersecurity platforms (e.g., SIEM, SOC integration, policy enforcement)
-  Broader IT infrastructure rollouts and migrations
-  Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk logs, and milestone trackers
-  Coordinate cross-functionally with internal tech teams, third-party vendors, cybersecurity stakeholders, and client representatives
 
Client & Stakeholder Management
-  Act as the primary liaison for US-based clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination during EST working hours
-  Provide structured weekly updates, dashboards, risk assessments, and escalation reports
-  Lead project meetings, client walkthroughs, escalation discussions, and executive reviews
 
Agile & Delivery Operations
-  Execute projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies based on business needs
-  Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for project tracking and reporting
-  Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
 
Documentation & Compliance
-  Maintain thorough project documentation, including RACI matrices, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge bases
-  Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies, UC governance standards, and regulatory requirements
-  Support RFP responses, compliance reporting, and client audits for regulated environments
 
Technical Collaboration
-  Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, DevOps teams, and Unified Communications Engineers
-  Understand technical architecture and solution dependencies to proactively identify risks or integration challenges
-  Align project delivery with key technical requirements such as data privacy, identity/access management, and network quality of service (QoS)
 
Qualifications
-  Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred)
-  8+ years of project management experience with technical infrastructure, UC platforms, or cybersecurity programs
-  Proven expertise managing enterprise-level Unified Communications or cybersecurity rollouts
-  Experience working with cross-functional teams in geographically distributed environments
-  Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
-  Familiarity with Aria Cybersecurity or similar platforms is a strong advantage
-  Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills
-  Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred
