Key Deliverables

Leads end-to-end service delivery to meet contract specs and customer needs.
Builds strong client relationships, manages escalations, and identifies growth opportunities.
Coordinates technical teams, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement.

Critical Hiring Criteria

ITIL v3 Foundation preferred
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
