Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and motivated .NET & VB.NET Core Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy .NET and VB.NET Core applications with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Work with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, QA) to build efficient and robust applications. Troubleshoot and debug existing applications, identify areas for improvement, and optimize code performance. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Integrate third-party APIs, services, and other systems. Participate in code reviews, ensure high code quality, and mentor junior developers as needed. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET and VB.NET Core development. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in .NET and VB.NET Core development. Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and VB.NET. Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and RESTful services. Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ for database interaction. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
