As a Tech Lead, your role involves designing end-to-end solutions for enterprise applications with a focus on .NET, Angular, Azure, and CI/CD DevOps processes. You will lead the architecture of cloud-native applications, microservices, and serverless solutions on Azure. Your responsibilities include: - Driving the development of high-level architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and flexibility of software applications across multiple platforms. - Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes. - Guiding and mentoring engineering teams to ensure adherence to architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices. - Developing integration strategies using RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures for seamless communication across systems. - Collaborating with product management, engineering, and other teams to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable architectures and solutions. - Providing leadership on technology decisions, offering expertise in .NET, Angular, Azure, DevOps, and other technologies based on project needs. - Designing and implementing solutions utilizing a mix of .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and other relevant cloud services. - Ensuring adherence to best practices in security, performance optimization, and cloud cost management for cloud-based solutions. - Leveraging your multi-disciplinary experience in Java and Python to influence solution design across different technology stacks. - Defining and implementing strategies for continuous improvement of architecture processes, tooling, and practices. - Leading cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions with complex integration needs and varying performance requirements. - Developing architectural blueprints and documentation for the design and implementation of projects. - Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with organizational goals and strategies. - Staying updated on the latest technology trends and innovations, especially in cloud computing, DevOps, and full-stack development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong background in .NET, Angular, Azure, DevOps, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, Java, and Python. - Expertise in architecture design, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native applications will be essential in leading the development of cutting-edge solutions.
