.NET Team Lead

As a .NET Team Lead at Kognivera in Pune/WFO with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WinForms, and Angular. You will design and optimize SQL Server queries and procedures while leading a team by assigning tasks, conducting code reviews, and mentoring juniors. Your role will involve designing scalable architecture, working with REST APIs and Microservices, debugging issues, improving performance, and ensuring secure, efficient code. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WinForms, and Angular - Design and optimize SQL Server queries and procedures - Lead a team, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor juniors - Design scalable architecture, work with REST APIs and Microservices - Debug issues, improve performance, and ensure secure, efficient code **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in ASP.NET (Core & Framework), C#, MVC, WinForms, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server - Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Entity Framework, and LINQ - Strong team leadership skills, Agile/Scrum experience, and excellent communication skills **Good to Have:** - Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), Unit Testing, and Docker/Kubernetes If you believe you have the skills and experience needed to excel in this role, we encourage you to join our dynamic team!
