.NET Team Lead

As a .NET Team Lead at the Pune office with over 6 years of experience, your role involves developing and maintaining applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WinForms, and Angular. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing SQL Server queries and procedures. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you lead a team, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members. Additionally, you will design scalable architecture, work with REST APIs, and Microservices. It will be your responsibility to debug issues, improve performance, and ensure the code's security and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WinForms, and Angular - Design and optimize SQL Server queries and procedures - Lead a team, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor juniors - Design scalable architecture, work with REST APIs, and Microservices - Debug issues, improve performance, and ensure secure, efficient code **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in ASP.NET (Core & Framework), C#, MVC, WinForms, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server - Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Entity Framework, and LINQ - Strong team leadership skills, Agile/Scrum experience, and excellent communication skills **Good to Have:** - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins - Experience in Unit Testing and Docker/Kubernetes Think you have what it takes to excel in this role Join our dynamic team by emailing us at recruitmentcell@kognivera.com.,
