.NET Team Lead

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years, your expertise in Asp.net/MVC (4 and above) or Desktop and Console Applications is required. Additionally, you should have experience with .NET Framework 4.0 and above, exposure to .Net 5 and above, and good knowledge of scripting libraries like jQuery, Knockout, Angular JS. Your role will also involve working with Service Oriented Architecture using Web/WCF/Restful Services and Version Control, as well as knowledge of SQL Server 2014 and above and Agile Methodologies. In this role, your responsibilities will include working closely with Project Managers and Team members to implement functionalities from business specifications/requirements. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle, including analysis, development, fixing, and monitoring of issues on the assigned delivery lines. You will also supervise, prepare, and update related technical documents, do hands-on coding, code reviews, and unit testing. It is important for you to proactively mentor fellow team members, ensure clean, high-quality, high-performance code using established design patterns, and quickly learn new technologies, implement those, and share learning with other team members.
