As a part of the team at GlobalLogic, you will be working on a significant software project for a world-class company that provides M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules to industries such as automotive, healthcare, and logistics. Your role will involve contributing to the development of end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as analyzing and estimating customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of 4 SharePoint developers and 3 QA resources to support and enhance custom-built SharePoint applications for business users. - 50% of your time will be dedicated to team leadership and teaching responsibilities, while the other 50% will involve hands-on SharePoint development and assisting team members. - Understand client requirements, expectations, and changing priorities to ensure they are met. - Maintain high team morale, motivate team members for productive work, and enhance their skills. - Coach and mentor all team members for excellent performance and career growth in both technical and soft skills. - Communicate with clients to comprehend the product roadmap using the latest SharePoint technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - 5 to 7+ years of SharePoint development experience, preferably using 2016, 2019, and SPSE editions. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Exposure to frameworks from .NET 1.0 to .NET 4.5+. - Experience with SQL Server, supporting SharePoint databases. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in developing and supporting enterprise-level SharePoint applications. - Experience in leading a team of 3 to 4 developers and 3 to 4 QA resources.
