About the Role

Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of full-stack engineers.
  
• Architect, design, and deliver distributed and scalable applications using

• Drive cloud-native development leveraging

  Azure PaaS services

  (App Services, Functions, API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Storage, etc.).
• Oversee integration of

  Gen AI

  , LLMs, and Cognitive Services into product architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  
• Ensure engineering best practices: code quality, CI/CD pipelines, automation, DevOps, observability, and security.
  
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
  
• Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern engineering trends.
  

Technical Skills Required

Core Engineering

• Strong experience in

  .NET Core / .NET 6+

• Frontend expertise in

• Agile/Scrum delivery management.
  
• Strong stakeholder communication and project oversight.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 11+ years of software development experience with at least

  3–4 years in engineering management

  roles.
• Proven experience in cloud-native and enterprise-scale applications.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with container platforms (Docker, AKS).
  
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices.
  
• Knowledge of Generative AI solution patterns (RAG, Agentic workflows).
