Job Description

It is Application Support (70%) + .Net Development (30%)

Shift Time: 6 PM-3AM (Hybrid)

Role & responsibilities

Provide daily operational support for .NET-based web applications.
Troubleshoot application issues, performance problems, and system errors.
Perform installation, configuration, and updates across different technology stacks (Windows).
Monitor application health and ensure continuous uptime and performance stability.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution and requirement clarifications.
Maintain documentation, logs, and support records.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide timely resolutions.
Development ASP.NET / C# / SQL (30%)
Develop and enhance web application features using ASP.NET and C#.
Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries and stored procedures.
Collaborate with the dev team to implement fixes, enhancements, and code updates.
Support deployment processes and version updates.
Technical Environment
Tech Stack: ASP.NET, C#, SQL
Platforms: Windows
Database MS SQL must
Tasks: Troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration, installation, vendor/customer communication Basic

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft .NET Development and supporting .NET applications.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft .NET Development, C#, ASP.NET, IIS, MS SQL
Minimum 2years of cloud infrastructure engineering.Experience in 1 of the following: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP.
