Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using
.NET Framework / .NET Core
.
Provide
Level 2 (L2) support
for production issues:

Troubleshoot application errors.
Analyze logs and resolve incidents within SLA.

Work closely with
Level 1 support
and escalate complex issues to
Level 3
when required.
Perform
root cause analysis
and implement permanent fixes.
Write and optimize
SQL queries
, stored procedures, and database scripts.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for deployments and testing.
Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.e the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience

Shift Flexibility
: Must be willing to work in
any shift (including night shifts)
.
Work Location
: Must
travel to office in Bidadi
(no remote option).
Availability
: Must be willing to
work on alternate Saturdays
.
