Job Specification: Position : Java Developer Experience : 6+ years Location: Bengaluru Bidadi Work Mode : WFO (5 days / Week) Job Overview : We're seeking a skilled Java Developer with experience in Struct to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. As a key member of our development team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Performing impact analysis, code changes and fixing the issues Development activities around small enhancements KPI/SLA compliance Candidate should be ready for shift timings during deployment window Skills required: Websphere, Java 1.8, JSP, Struts, SQL, Tomcat and Spring Framework Application development and debugging skills with the above technologies Good understanding of Object Oriented Programing Prior experience in L2 and L3 support engagements Good understanding of installation and configuration of Application Servers (WebSphere) Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills
