Job Description

Experience : 1 to 2 year

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using VB.NET
Work with SQL Server and write complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures
Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve application reliability and performance
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
Enhance existing features and propose improvements for system optimization
Integrate APIs and third-party services where necessary
Prepare technical documentation and conduct code reviews
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in VB.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core
Strong experience with SQL Server or equivalent database systems
Good understanding of OOP principles, MVC, and event-driven programming
Experience with Windows Forms or ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC
Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or TFS
Familiarity with debugging tools and error-handling techniques

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of C# and capability to work across .NET tech stack
Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Power BI
Familiarity with REST APIs and web services (SOAP/WCF)
Basic knowledge of Azure or cloud-based development
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Good time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
