Neonatal ICU (NICU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert critical care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a high-acuity environment.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, responding swiftly to any clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Operate NICU/PICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, incubators).
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Offer emotional support and clear communication to patient families.

Desired Profile

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
• Valid nursing registration/license.
• Minimum 2 years of NICU/PICU experience.
• Strong critical care skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
