NDT Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an NDT Technician in Raipur. The NDT Technician will be responsible for performing and witnessing various non-destructive testing methods, including Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and Penetrant Testing. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, preparing detailed reports, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and assisting in training junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in Eddy Current testing, Corrosion assessment, and Ultrasonics techniques
• Strong background in Quality Control and Inspection processes
• Ability to perform and interpret Ultrasonic Flaw Detection and Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging
• Knowledge of Magnetic Particle Inspection and Penetrant Testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Certification to SNT-TC-1A standards by the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
