NDT Inspector (ASNT Level-II; UT, MPI) For Pipeline Inspection

Job Profile:

• Job would be in core downstream Petroleum sector
• Candidate will be working mostly in field, that is Inspecting oil and gas pipelines across the country with latest, industry leading state of the art equipment
• Keen to be in field for extensive time when required for running the projects, can be for 6 months straight.
• Need to be physically fit to walk on the pipeline right of way with equipment all day and enjoy hard work
• Able to Perform Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing by NDT equipment. Able to identify different types of corrosion/lamination/cracks etc.
• Able to use Angle Beam Probe (45/60/70) to find welding defects in joints
• Able to use Flaw detector (Modsonic or others) for A-scans and B-scans
• Be involved in report preparing with high end software and dealing with the client on day-to-day basis
• Be the sole point of contact between the client and senior engineers
• Be willing and keen to work at any level.
• Multitasking is a requirement (field and office ON at the same time)
• Be hungry for work and more work - as need to be aligned with the company
• Must be interested in a long-term employment as immense opportunities to grow within the company
• Must be totally self-motivated to be part of AEs growing team

Qualification Required:

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc./ Diploma / Graduate (Any branch)

Experienced Required:

• 1-3 Years
• Experience as NDT inspector (or similar) for 1-3years will be preferred
