Details of Qualification, Experience & Age for the above post are as follows: Qualification : Full-time B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical discipline from a recognized college/university with minimum 60% aggregate marks. Experience : Minimum 19 years for Grade E post qualification experience in Mech Maintenance - Inspection/ Reliability Department of a large Fertilizer Complex or large petrochemical industry only as on 31.07.2025. Minimum Technical competency: ASNT/ISNT Level-II or equivalent in NDT techniques like UT, MT, PT, RT, LT and VT. Conversant in machinery vibration analysis and dynamic balancing. Preferably conversant in schematic equipment diagram for vessel inspection and pipeline isometrics for pipeline inspection. Preferably conversant with ASME Section V and all related articles of testing mentioned above. Preferably Conversant with API 510/570/653/571/580, AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1 and IMS auditor course. Age Limit : Maximum 46 years for Grade E as on 31.07.2025 Location : KRIBHCO Plant, Surat Mode of selection : Personal Interview JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assisting plant sectional head to effectively plan & execute all plant testing/inspection activities during normal running plant as well during shutdown/breakdown. 2. Guidance and implementation of testing/inspection protocols and procedures to ensure effective compliance with IMS and all other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. 3. Development & execution of all preventive/predictive schedules of inspection and testing for rotating as well as stationary equipment. Oversee the daily operations of the inspection team to ensure efficiency and compliance with all procedural guidelines. 4. Maintaining all relevant records of inspection findings/results and producing detailed reports on findings as per prescribed IMS format. 5. Review/approve all inspection reports ensuring quality and reliability of all inspection/testing process. Analyse inspection reports/results and coordinate with other departments to integrate quality control measures across the organization. 6. Updating inspection/testing quality and reliability in response to technological advances and regulatory changes also to ensure all equipment and tools used for inspections are properly calibrated and functioning effectively. Prepare for and lead audits conducted by external regulatory bodies. 7. Initiation/formulation/maintenance of departmental Capital/revenue budget and cost monitoring. 8. Effective planning of utilization of various service contracts and manpower arrangement for timely execution of annual shutdown inspection activities. 9. Compliance of Statutory requirements & safety rules. Initiate improvement processes and tools for continuous development in quality standards, calibration certificates, technical competency requirement, procedural license requirement etc. 10. Conduct/arrange/monitor RLA studies for various plant equipment. 11. Outsourcing of jobs to well established contractors & service providers including liaising with vendors and service providers 12. Analysis, planning & implementation of corrective action with respect to inspection findings in line with Integrated Management System (IMS). 13. To identify & analyze re-occurring problems based on inspection trend and to corroborate effective solution to address the issue permanently.

Job Description: Pipeline Engineer 1 We are currently seeking highly motivated Jr.Pipeline Engineers (Min 2 Yrs to 5+ Yrs) with experience in transmission/ distribution oil and gas pipelines for our consultancy specializing in asset integrity and MAOP (Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure) validation and who can communicate clearly with US-based clients and superiors. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of pipeline systems for our clients. While experience in design, construction, inspections, pressure testing, and asset integrity is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is on asset integrity assessments, MAOP validation, and reviewing records such as as-built, bills of materials (BOM), material test reports (MTRs), and purchase orders (POs).
