NDT Engineer

As an NDT Technician, your role involves setting up and calibrating nondestructive testing equipment, conducting tests to ensure quality or detect defects, and establishing techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection while adhering to safety regulations. You will apply testing criteria as per specifications, evaluate results, and organize test reports. Additionally, you may perform specialized inspections, provide instructions to others, and undertake other assigned tasks by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment - Conduct tests to ensure quality and detect defects - Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection - Apply testing criteria and evaluate results - Organize and report test results - Perform specialized inspections - Instruct and supervise others as needed - Interface with clients regarding work priorities and project progress - Actively participate in client programs, planning, and strategy sessions Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma or equivalent - NDT Level II Certification - 1 year of relevant work experience In addition to the role responsibilities and qualifications, you will work full-time on a permanent basis.
