Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications using nCino and Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers on the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to nCino applications and Salesforce integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nCino and Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce and nCino.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Experience with nCino’s Loan Origination System (LOS) and related functionalities.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Developer and nCino certifications are a plus.
