NCC Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and disciplined NCC Coordinator to join our institution. The role involves managing and guiding the NCC unit, fostering leadership, discipline, and patriotism among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee NCC activities, parades, and training sessions.

• Mentor and motivate students to actively participate in NCC programs.

• Liaise with NCC authorities and ensure compliance with all NCC regulations.

• Organize and manage camps, drills, and special events.

• Maintain records, attendance, and progress reports of cadets.

• Encourage student participation in state, national, and international NCC events.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an NCC Officer/Coordinator/Trainer preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to instill discipline, teamwork, and national values in students.

• Commitment to student development and institutional growth.

• Preference will be given to Retired Army Officers with relevant NCC experience.
