Ability to independently carry out accurate 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit Coordination work for Rooms / Corridor / Riser / Plant area etc. Ability to prepare Utility routes based on basic input availability. Ability to learn and work using various service standards and building codes. Ability to work with the team and deliver detailed MEP Coordination model/drawing within the allotted time frame quality that is desired. Should have sound knowledge of various aspects of Industrial Facility services including HVAC, Electrical and mechanical Pipework for Heating / Cooling, Domestic Water Supplies, Gases, Sprinklers, and Drainage systems. The ability to size pipes ducts based on flow rates would be preferred. Clash detection and clash resolution Revit Navisworks. Create Parametric Revit Families.
