Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for an Electrical/ELV BIM Modeler. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Key tasks include collaboration with project teams, the preparation of electrical and ELV system models, coordination with other disciplines, resolving design conflicts, and producing necessary deliverables. The role also demands proactive problem-solving and adherence to deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in BIM modeling and software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Strong knowledge in electrical and ELV systems Understanding of project coordination, design document reviews, and clash detection processes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred Familiarity with BIM standards and processes will be an advantage Previous experience in similar roles or within the AEC industry is highly valued
