Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Navision Techno-Functional Consultant Located in Gurgaon NCR. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying and solving system issues, and managing the implementation of Navision ERP solutions. Daily tasks include gathering user requirements, customizing the Navision system, providing technical support, training end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system. Additionally, the consultant will coordinate with various departments to improve system efficiency and integrate new functionalities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Navision ERP system, including customization and implementation
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
• Technical skills in programming and system analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and support end-users effectively
• Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
