Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Senior Technical Officer. The Senior Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting laboratory tests, analyzing data, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include solving technical problems, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Technical Support
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the surface treatment industry is a plus
