Naturalist cum Activity Coordinator

**Job Description** As a Naturalist cum Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering immersive guest experiences that showcase the local ecology and culture. Your role also includes ensuring a diverse range of recreational activities are well-organized, safe, and enjoyable to enhance nature appreciation and guest engagement, creating a memorable, educational, and fun stay experience at the resort. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead nature walks, birdwatching, and wildlife spotting tours. - Educate guests about local flora, fauna, and ecosystems. - Maintain species sighting logs, trail signage, and interpretation materials. - Promote eco-awareness through presentations, storytelling, and sustainability initiatives. - Assist in setting up and maintaining butterfly gardens, organic patches, or nature trails. - Plan and conduct a variety of guest activities: games, campfires, cultural evenings, picnics, kids nature crafts, etc. - Create a daily activity schedule and ensure timely execution. - Coordinate team-building activities or group excursions. - Maintain inventory and readiness of activity materials and equipment. - Collect guest feedback and fine-tune activity offerings for all age groups. **Required Qualifications** - Degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Zoology, Hospitality, or Tourism (preferred but not mandatory). - At least 3 years of experience in eco-tourism, adventure tourism, or guest recreation roles. - Strong knowledge of local wildlife and biodiversity. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English; knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus. - Physically fit and enthusiastic about outdoor and group activities. **Preferred Skills & Attributes** - Friendly, engaging, and approachable demeanor. - Ability to interact with children, families, and international guests. - Basic first aid and emergency response training. - Skills in photography, music, arts & crafts, or folk storytelling are a bonus. **Work Schedule** - Full-time; includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on guest schedules. *Job Types*: Full-time, Permanent *Schedule*: Rotational shift *Work Location*: In person,
