Role Overview:

India sales organisation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own national revenue & margin targets (coatings + masterbatches)
  • Build GTM strategies for distributor & OEM sales
  • Improve forecasting, CRM usage, funnel visibility
  • Lead & develop 1214 regional sales managers
  • Manage top 20–30 OEM/industrial key accounts
  • Drive pricing, mix optimization & receivables discipline
  • Coordinate with R&D & Marketing for new formulations & launches

Candidate Profile:

  • 15-20+ yrs

    in

    coatings / chemicals / polymers / masterbatch

    sales
  • PAN India sales leadership is a must
  • Experience in both

    distributor

    and

    OEM/industrial

    selling
  • Skilled in pricing, forecasting, CRM, key account management
  • Strong technical sales capability
  • Hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable working with leadership/promoters

Education

  • MBA preferred; B.Tech/B.E. is an advantage
