National Product Head - Used Commercial Vehicles

Role Overview: CRP Training and Development Private Limited, a leading risk management enterprise in India, is looking for a National Product Head for Used Commercial Vehicles. As the National Product Head, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the Used Commercial Vehicle business across India. You will lead a network of dealers, DSAs, and sales professionals to achieve national sales targets and manage the P&L for the UCV business. Your responsibilities will include managing dealer/DSA/freelancer channels and RTO activity, as well as developing scalable sales strategies nationwide. Key Responsibilities: - Lead national sales & P&L for UCV business - Manage dealer/DSA/freelancer channels and RTO Activity - Build scalable sales strategies across India Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in Used Commercial Vehicles (UCV) or Auto Finance - Experience in product planning and market analysis - Ability to coordinate with sales and marketing teams - Skills in managing product launches - Knowledge of ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field - Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is a plus,
