National Placement Head - Female Only

As the Placement Head, your primary role will involve overseeing and ensuring the successful placement of students in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service Industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring a minimum of 90% placements of students in the specified industries. - Leading and managing placement drives at various centers nationwide to facilitate placements for approximately 20,000 students annually. - Providing guidance, coaching, and support to students to enhance their chances of securing excellent placements. - Ensuring outstanding hospitality is extended to clients during interviews. In addition to the placement responsibilities, you will also be responsible for Employer Relations, which includes: - Building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of employers within the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service sectors. - Reaching out to companies to understand their hiring needs and fostering partnerships that are mutually beneficial for both the organization and the students. - Demonstrating a strong network and connections within the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service Industry to facilitate successful placements. Furthermore, you will be expected to actively engage in networking within the industry to stay abreast of job market trends, industry requirements, and emerging career opportunities. Your role will also involve Data Management tasks such as: - Maintaining accurate records of student placements, employer contacts, job postings, and other pertinent information. - Analyzing this data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions aimed at enhancing placement services for students.,
