National Manager Credit Risk

Head the Credit Risk for the bank, candidate will be responsible for assessing, managing and mitigating credit risk associated with lending to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and other retail products of the Bank. Conduct detailed credit analysis on MSME portfolio, including financial and eligibility analysis, cash flow projections, collateral evaluation Responsible for credit risk profile for other business vertical such as Housing, Agri Loans, Gold Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan, and Loans by FIG. To develop credit risk appetite/limits statements with support from Business units To monitor the credit risk parameters and credit exposure / concentration limits set by the Banks Board of Directors / Risk Management Committee of the Board/ Regulator To ensure implementation of the credit risk management policy approved by the Board. • To formulate, review and implementation of risk appetite as per direction given by the CRO with limits for each individual sub segments Review status of portfolio management, loan review mechanism, risk monitoring and evaluation, regulatory compliance, risk concentrations, industry reviews, and suggest corrective measures and activity reviews for credit risk management. Review and approve the use of credit scorecards, monitor the performance and effectiveness of the same, carry out periodic amendments in the scorecard, and placing recommendations before the CRO Desired candidates’ profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Chartered Accountant or a related field. Certification in Credit Risk Management, CFA, FRM is a plus. At least 20 years of total experience and minimum 15 years of banking experience specializing in Credit Risk We are looking for a candidate well versed with MSME Credit Risk along with other retail products to join the Credit Risk Team.
