As a National Head Sales at our organization, your role involves leading and managing the sales operations across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing national sales strategies to achieve business goals. - Leading, managing, and motivating regional sales teams to meet targets. - Driving product sales and ensuring strong market penetration. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors. - Monitoring sales performance across regions and preparing monthly/quarterly reports. - Identifying new market opportunities and developing plans to increase sales volume. - Coordinating with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales initiatives. - Ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and adherence to company policies. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales / Product Sales roles. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work onsite in Chennai. Additionally, preferred qualifications include experience in leading national-level sales teams and expertise in product sales and strategy development.
