Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and expanding the Full Truckload (FTL) vertical of the company, focusing on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the country. Your role will require a seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience in logistics, transportation, and FTL operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute national FTL sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identify new business opportunities, expand client base, and strengthen customer relationships. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. - Oversee and streamline FTL operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - Optimize fleet utilization, route planning, and load management to enhance productivity. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Drive profitability by controlling costs, improving margins, and enhancing operational efficiency. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners to ensure service excellence. - Lead contract negotiations and ensure long-term partnerships. - Lead and mentor regional sales and operations teams, promoting a performance-driven culture. - Foster collaboration between sales, operations, and customer service teams. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth. - Manage relationships with transportation vendors and supply partners, ensuring consistent quality and reliability of FTL services. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Experience: 12-15 years of experience in logistics, transportation, and FTL operations. - Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in FTL sales, operations management, and P&L responsibility. - Leadership Skills: Strong team management, mentoring, and leadership capabilities. - Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis, market research, and financial reporting. - Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills. - Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with TMS (Transport Management Systems) and CRM tools.
