Position description:

Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement national level collections strategies to maximize recovery and minimize overdue accounts.
Monitor collection metrics and performance ensuring targets are consistently achieved. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine collection strategies. Lead and mentor regional collection teams ensuring effective coordination across all locations. Establish robust training programs to enhance the skillset of collections teams. Set performance goals and track individual and team achievements. Ensure smooth functioning of collections operations including inbound and outbound call processes field collections and legal follow-ups. Implement technology driven solutions to optimize collections processes and reduce inefficiencies. Ensure all collection practices adhere to regulatory requirements maintaining ethical standards. Manage and mitigate risks associated with non performing assets. Collaborate with other departments such as legal and credit to streamline collections activities. Present reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision making.
