As a member of the Orange Health team, your role will involve developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling will be crucial aspects of your job. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance will be essential to align on account strategies and deliver exceptional service. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients while ensuring profitability will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 4+ years of experience in national account management, key account management, or sales leadership. - Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Experience working in a specific industry (e.g., FMCG, retail, technology, healthcare, etc.). - Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
