Data Engineer

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

As a Sr. Software Engineer focused on data engineering, you will build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to enable efficient data processing and analytics across cloud environments.

Requirements

Expertise in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark / Pyspark

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational and distributed data systems .

Hands-on experience with Python, Scala, or Java for data processing tasks.

Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and schema design.

Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and workflows to support analytical and operational data needs.

Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate and serve data efficiently.

Monitor and troubleshoot data systems for performance, quality, and scalability.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency through robust validation and testing frameworks.
