Named Account Executive - Retail & Consumer Goods

As a Sales Professional at Salesforce, you play a crucial role in driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a territory consisting of calling on the largest companies in India. Your goal is to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts, handling the entire sales process, and ensuring delivery against key performance metrics. Here are your responsibilities: - Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy within 30 days - Pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge - Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within designated market sectors - Engaging with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling - Leading the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners - Generating short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective for increased revenue generation - Daily updating of the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data - Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Successful sales experience in Large Conglomerates, Retail, Consumers, Products, and Goods segment - 10+ years of enterprise solution sales experience in selling CRM, ERP, or similar solutions - A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals - Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
