In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic sales initiatives targeting enterprise-level clients in India. Your portfolio will consist of existing clients with additional revenue potential as well as prospective customers. You will play a key role in forecasting sales activity, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build a base of referenceable clients. The compensation plan is performance-driven with significant earning potential. **Responsibilities:** - Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting Salesforce solutions to enterprise accounts in a specified geographical or vertical market. - Manage the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics, focusing on new business sales and expanding existing accounts. - Identify target territories, formulate a go-to-market strategy, and create a list of qualified accounts within the first 30 days. - Develop the sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging market knowledge. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve exceptional results in designated market sectors. - Engage with prospects to showcase Salesforce solutions through value-based selling, business-case development, value analysis, and leveraging references and analyst data. - Lead the end-to-end sales process by collaborating with various resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners. - Achieve short-term results while focusing on long-term revenue growth. - Regularly update the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data. - Provide precise monthly forecasts and deliver on revenue targets. **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated success in selling to large Manufacturing companies. - 12+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, particularly in CRM, ERP, or similar domains. - Proven ability to drive and close enterprise deals consistently. - Track record of surpassing quota and revenue objectives. - Degree or equivalent work experience required, with emphasis on skills relevant to the role. **Desired Skills:** - Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution. - Experience selling to C-Level executives and across IT and business units, focusing on Enterprise Customers in North India. - Strong technical acumen. - Dedication to customer success. - Ability to sell both applications and platform deployments. - Effective time management skills. - Demonstrated consultative sales expertise, including the ability to communicate a compelling return on investment value proposition. - Capacity to maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and excel under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.,
