Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement NABH standards across departments. Conduct internal audits and gap assessments to ensure compliance with NABH guidelines.Maintain documentation, records, and files as per NABH standards. Prepare and support all teams for NABH audits – both internal and external. Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to drive process improvements. Conduct training and awareness sessions on NABH protocols and patient safety. Ensure timely closure of audit observations and maintain compliance logs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/master’s degree in healthcare management, Hospital Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in NABH documentation and audits. Familiarity with hospital operations, quality assurance, and statutory compliances.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
