●       Ensure a 95% project completion rate within the first two months.

●       Grow the mystery shopper database by adding at least 100 new candidates every month.

●       Adhere to internal standards for managing project documentation and processes.

●       Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.

Process Expectations:

●       Respond quickly to communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype) with minimal delays.

●       Miss no more than 20% of incoming calls.

●       Keep the mystery shopper database up to date and accurate.

●       Provide timely, detailed reports as required.

Performance Metrics:

●       Project completion rate: 95% or higher.

●       Monthly database growth: 100+ new shoppers.

●       Adherence to communication and documentation requirements.

●       Proven experience in project management, preferably within the mystery shopping or market research industry.

●       Strong organizational and communication abilities.

●       Capable of managing several projects and deadlines at once.

●       Comfortable with data analysis and report preparation.
