Position Overview:

Mutual Fund Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Integration

• Lead end-to-end product development and enhancement of MF platforms (web, mobile, and API).
• Manage integration with BSE Star MF platform, including order routing, transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, and operational risk standards.

Business Ownership

• Define and execute the mutual fund business strategy across direct and distributor channels.
• Drive customer growth, activation, and AUM through innovative journeys and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet revenue and engagement goals.

IFA Channel & B2B2C Development

• Build and scale the IFA business onboarding, engagement, and digital enablement.
• Define workflows for sub-broker onboarding, commission management, portfolio analytics, and transaction processing.
• Launch self-serve tools, dashboards, and mobile journeys to empower IFAs.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track performance metrics: SIP flows, AUM, client activation, STP/SWP trends, IFA productivity.
• Identify user drop-offs, operational inefficiencies, or technical bottlenecks and address them proactively.
