Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of mutual fund transactions.

* Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase, redemptions, switches, etc.

* Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

* Reconcile and verify data to ensure accuracy of records and reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams, fund houses, distributors, and clients for smooth operations.

* Prepare and maintain operational reports and MIS as required.

* Assist in resolving queries and operational issues in a timely manner.

* Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

* Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory).

* Strong understanding of mutual funds and financial markets (preferred).

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

*Freshers with a keen interest in financial markets are welcome to apply.
