Job Description / Responsibilities: Onboard clients efficiently on the BSE MF STAR portal . Execute mutual fund transactions such as SIP, Lumpsum, STP, SWP, Redemption, and Switch with accuracy and timeliness on the BSE STAR portal. Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to resolve queries, complete documentation, and provide operational support. Respond promptly to client queries related to NAV, portfolio performance, and transaction status. Educate clients on using the mutual fund mobile app and other digital tools to enhance their investment experience. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, transaction workflows, and regulatory compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with the BSE MF STAR platform . NISM 5A Certification is a strong advantage. Prior experience working in a mutual fund distribution house or wealth management firm is preferred.
