Musketeer Scout

As the Territory Entrepreneur at Red Bull, you will be responsible for analyzing customer potential and developing optimal tour planning. This includes routing, call cycle, coverage, and setting targets and goals for the distribution channel. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers in Catering At Work while taking care of existing ones. By employing innovative measures, you will ensure the perfect presentation and placement of Red Bull products to make the brand tangible. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the National Key Account Team to ensure product presence at relevant objects/events in industry catering. Furthermore, in your region, you will act as the reliable and knowledgeable partner for decision-makers, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual business. You will drive and expand business by identifying opportunities and implementing the right sales and marketing initiatives. Your communication skills and sales abilities will be crucial in driving Red Bull sales in On-Premise and adding value to both Red Bull and the customers" business. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 6 months of experience. - Affinity for sales and field experience is preferred. - IT savvy with knowledge of standard software and devices. - Flexible and responsible for managing your own work times. - Strong implementation skills and practical approach. - Traits of fun, focus, passion, responsibility, and professionalism.
