Location: Remote / Kolkata, India (Hybrid optional)

Do you love exploring genres — from hip-hop and R&B to house, jazz, or indie — and can instantly picture where a track could fit in a movie, vlog, or playlist?

We’re looking for a curious, driven beginner who’s passionate about music, storytelling, and creativity — someone ready to learn the ropes of the modern music industry from the ground up.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Listen to and analyze a variety of music styles to identify moods, genres, and placement potential.

• Help the team with music curation, catalog organization, and playlist development.

• Brainstorm creative fits for songs across films, series, digital content, and social media.

• Support in marketing and artist development projects — from social media planning to branding ideas.

• Collaborate across departments to get hands-on exposure to how a label functions.

You’ll start with curation and research, and gradually explore:

• 🎤 Artist management and show coordination

• 📈 Digital marketing and social media strategy for music

• 🎬 Sync licensing (music for films, series & ads)

• 🎧 Playlist pitching and label operations

We’ll guide you through every step — all we need is your passion, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

• A beginner or fresher who’s passionate about music and eager to build a long-term career in the music industry.

• Has a good ear for sound and vibe — and loves exploring new genres.

• Open to learning about different aspects of music business, marketing, and artist management.

• Creative, proactive, and great at connecting music with visuals or moods.
