Role Overview

Mushroom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads within the assigned area
• Meet potential clients and present ShroomaNova mushroom products
• Execute and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
• Ensure smooth coordination of orders, delivery, and basic documentation
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to encourage repeat business
• Collect customer insights and report them to the management team
• Uphold company values and represent the brand professionally

Candidate Requirements

• Must own a

  two-wheeler

  for field operations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Interest in agricultural or food-related product sales (preferred)
• Familiarity with the Erode market is an added advantage

Internship Structure

• 1 Month Probation

  - Training and performance evaluation

• 3 Months Paid Internship

  - ₹7,500 per month
