Role Description This is a full-time on-site Mushroom Farm Intern role located in Erode. The intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with mushroom cultivation, such as harvesting, monitoring growth conditions, and maintaining farm equipment. Additionally, the intern will assist in packaging and preparing mushrooms for distribution. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Knowledge of basic agricultural practices and willingness to learn Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods Team player with good communication skills Ability to handle basic farm equipment Interest in sustainable farming practices Previous experience in farming or agriculture is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Show more Show less
