Position Overview

Software Project Manager (Techno-Functional)

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

• Assist in managing

  end-to-end software projects

  , including planning, tracking, and delivery.
• Support senior managers in

  creating schedules, sprint boards, and reports

  .
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor risks, escalate issues, and help maintain

  on-time delivery

  .
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and client-facing updates.
  

Techno-Functional Contribution

• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  gather and document requirements

  .
• Understand solution architecture (Spring Boot, REST APIs, and mobile apps) and assist in

  functional-technical mapping

  .
• Support QA and UAT by reviewing test cases, validating functionality, and tracking defects.
• Contribute to

  CI/CD processes, deployments, and release management

  .
• Provide

  Level 1/2 support

  for basic project-related technical queries.

Team & Client Engagement

• Participate in

  hiring processes

  by assisting in shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new team members.
• Contribute to

  periodic team performance reviews

  by gathering feedback, preparing reports, and supporting leadership in evaluations.
• Support

  new client engagements

  by preparing requirement briefs, coordinating demos, and assisting in proposals.
• Maintain healthy communication with existing and potential clients, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 0-2 years

  of experience in

  software project management, business analysis, or development/QA roles

  .
• Good understanding of

  Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, or mobile app development

  (academic or project-level exposure acceptable).
• Familiarity with tools like

  GitLab/Bitbucket, Postman, Jira, or Confluence

  .
• Comfortable with

  Linux and Windows OS

  for basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  .

• Conversational fluency in Hindi and Marathi

  .
• Eagerness to learn project management methodologies (

  Agile/Scrum

  ).

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience.
• Exposure to

  QA, support, or project coordination roles

  during training or internships.
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with

  hiring coordination, performance reviews, or client interaction

  is a plus.
• Project Management certifications are good to have.
