**Job Title:** Multimedia Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Graphic Designer with experience in video editing and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling graphics, producing and editing video content, and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, create, and deliver visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional content, social media, and internal communications.

- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to grow our online presence.

- Develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and implement campaigns to engage target audiences.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

- Assist in other creative projects as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing tools.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content requirements.

- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and analytics tools.

- Excellent creative, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,928.40 - ₹32,273.60 per month
