Compass Group India is looking for Two Multi-Skills Technicians (MSTs) to join our team at Kolkata North.

Position Details

Job Title: Multi-Skills Technician (MST)
Location: Kolkata North

Salary (Take Home): 17,000/- (incl. Leave & Bonus)

Conveyance: 4,000/- (Fixed)

Total (Take Home): 21,000/-

Other Benefits: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Accidental Insurance

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance/technical services

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot & repair panels, wiring, motors, DG operation, Servo Charger & Freezers
• Assist in installation & commissioning of new systems
• Maintain service/maintenance logs & ensure safety compliance
• Support cross-functional tasks (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC)

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits & equipment
• Basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing & HVAC maintenance
• Ability to read technical drawings/manuals
• Hands-on experience with tools, measuring devices & testing instruments
• Good problem-solving & communication skills
• Flexible to work in shifts & handle multi-disciplinary tasks
