As a MuleSoft Architect, your role involves defining and driving the architecture, governance, and delivery of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and related integration infrastructure. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** In this role, you will collaborate with business, architecture, DevOps, and product teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions supporting global operations. You will set standards, build reusable frameworks, and mentor teams to adopt API-led connectivity and event-driven patterns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and own the architecture of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including standards, guardrails, best practices, and governance. - Design integration solutions aligning with enterprise architecture, business needs, and technology roadmap. - Lead technical design authority activities, ensuring compliance with architecture and integration principles. - Develop integration frameworks, templates, and reusable assets to improve developer productivity. - Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Cloud teams to define deployment models and security strategies. - Lead API lifecycle management efforts using MuleSoft API Manager. - Mentor and lead integration developers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Communicate architecture, roadmap, and technical strategy to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Stay updated on technology trends and evaluate their relevance to the integration ecosystem. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7+ years of application & data integration experience, with 3+ years in an architect role. - Extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and iPaaS/hybrid integration patterns. - Accredited MuleSoft certifications preferred. - Strong proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, event-driven design, and batch integration. - Familiarity with containerization, cloud infrastructure, and automation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Desired / Nice to Have:** - Previous experience in a regulated environment. - Knowledge of event-broker technologies, B2B/EDI integrations, and DevSecOps practices. - Experience with systems like SAP, Salesforce, etc. - Experience in agile delivery environments. **What We Offer:** - A global, meaningful mission in healthcare technology. - Opportunity to shape a modern enterprise integration platform. - Collaborative, inclusive culture with a focus on continuous growth and learning.,
