We are looking for a talented Java Developer to join our development team The ability to think tactically as we'll as strategically and to articulate your expectations to a mixed team of engineers and senior level developers is critical to success in this role In addition to these important skills, it is imperative that you can summarize technical issues relating to software implementation, function, and upgrades and prepare written and verbal updates to senior level management This is a hands-on technical role and will resolve all technical issues within lower and upper environments and making recommendations for performance and capacity improvements Additionally, you will be required to support continuity and rotating on-call escalation Teamwork and creativity are essential to this role As a go-to point of escalation, you will be challenged with resolving client impacting issues in a fast-paced environment

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code. Assist in designing and implementing software solutions. Participate in code reviews and debugging. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Collaborate with cross functional teams. What will you need to know: Looking for Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering or related field. 6 to 10 years of experience as a Tech Lead or senior developer. Knowledge of Core Java/J2EE concepts and programming principles. Knowledge of databases and SQL. Familiarity with Java Development tools and IDEs. Familiarity with tools and frameworks viz Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Kafka. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Full stack developer experience in digital tech stack e.g., HTML, CSS, Java Script, Core Java, Springboot, Scala, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, Cockroach, etc. Strong experience in developing APIs and Micro Services on cloud. Experience with tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, Maven, GitLab, JIRA, SonarQube, TDD/BDD, Docker & Kubernetes, Kafka. Build proof of concepts, Design application using industry best practices and standards Influence and implement best practices, solutions and processes Work in agile teams to deliver user stories on time and at high quality. Mentor and train junior associates on technology and application stacks What you will need to have: Strong working experience on Java/ J2EE technologies like Spring 6.0, Spring boot, Spring Micro services, Spring JPA, Spring Web flux, Hibernate etc. Experience in JSON, Swagger, REST APIs, XML, XML Schemas, and Web Service technology Experience working in SQL and No SQL Databases Experience working in event driven architecture, kafka, data streams etc. Strong cloud foundation (Azure/AWS). Experience working on Devops and SCM tools - Jenkins, Gitlab, Github, Azure Devops Experience working on containers and container management - Docker, Podman, Kubernetes Knowledge of APM , Observability, Logging & ITOps tools Dynatrace, Appdynamics, New Relic, ELK, Splunk, Moogsoft, Cloud Watch, Azure Monitoring etc. Agile development experience Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow, solutions to complex business problems A strong engineering and experimentation mindset to learn and adopt new technologies and opensource packages What would be great to have: Experience working on front end technologies Angular, React, Javascript, HTML etc. Experience on Python Knowledge of Machine Learning & AI
